I have Windows Blinds 5.0 (legit) Whenever I try to install a theme, even the ones that come with it, the theme starts to apply then seems to just halt. Some of the background colours change, the startbar goes away, and my computer acts very sluggish. I've tried to let it sit and complete, but it just does nothing. I know my computer can handle the themes, im using a 1.66 core duo, 1gb of ram, and a x1600. My resolution is 1200x800, would that cause the error? Please help.
