Yes John. Uninstall the beta. Go to the Stardock page and download the non-beta version (unless it is already in your downloads folder) and reinstall it. You are on Windows?

I couldn't replicate the error as before but there is still some odd behaviour going on. I have uninstalled everything and will reinstall methodically later and see how I go.
I have multiple files named of dxgi.dll in Windows folders and sub folders. I shall uninstall explorerpatcher and try that.
OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000 Single monitor resolution 1920x1080, scale 125% Graphics Intel(R) UHD Graphics, PNP Device ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9B41&SUBSYS_1BE11043&REV_02\3&11583659&0&10, Driver Version 30.0.101.1404 I am running ExplorerPatcher but I disabled the taskbar controls. However there could be a clash the
I have the same issue. I thought I had resolved it but it comes back when I wake my computer and when I do a hard or soft reset. I have uninstalled and will revert to non-beta version.
OK thank you. That's what I wanted to know. (Psst do what the boss says lol). Cheers, Jeff
Yes I was using folder fences. I get that part now.
I'm referring to recent apps run. In the Modern Style if an app or apps are started a few times they appear in the start menu. In the Windows 11 style, as far as I can tell this does not occur. Am I correct in that observation? I am not talking about recent documents or parameters opened by apps eg Word or similar, that would appear in the jump list associated with that app/lication//program.
Thank you Neil "Right clicking on an app should show the recent apps accessed in the Win11 style." - I'm not sure what this means; right clicking on an app in the Start11 start menu brings up the menu with items "Unpin; Icon; More etc". Also on my laptop the option to add a fence to the start menu results in a small bar adjacent to the menu item and not a list of existing fences to choose from as I expected.
Can I please confirm. The new ability to add folders to the Start11 menu in v1.11 works in the Windows 11 style and not in modern style? But recent apps accessed show in modern style and not in Windows 11 style? Thank you for any advice.
This may well have already been suggested but I would like Fences to scroll from the side of the screen and not just from the top or bottom.
I may be dense, but I don't see a 'licenses' page. I requested an email with my product keys, and the email had a link to download the product, and that link was wrong! There is no download trial link anywhere that I can find.
Hi Ken, what I did was download the trial copy from the link below, installed it and then activated it using the serial number I received when I bought it. Hope that helps. Regards, J
Workaround.go to shampoo site and download trial version. Install and activate using number provided by Stardock purchase.
I have this problem also.
