I will uninstall tonight, but would a difference in the windows service packs between the computers cause this to happen?

I have been using Multiplicity for about a year or so, i am using v1.01. It has been flawless untill recently. I have been having trouble with the mouse switching over. When i switch over to the 2ndary computer, i can not click or right click with my mouse. It has been bugging me and driving me crazy.
