Stardock Forumsyes that is the impovement but it is now a super project and if you take over their plantet that has it they no longer have one so they lose that effect so what i do is make sure it's one of the last plantets of theirs i take or you can break up your fleet and have your ship attack one at a time so that each of your ships each uses one move to kill one ship

If it is Possible then I think they should change something Like change the rating system to reflect things like tech speed # of AIs and #of planets Less points for high tech speed less points for low # of Habitable planets And No points for games posted from not the most current release//// non beta////
