[quoteI have a 9200se, I get best performance with original drivers from install disc, driver version 6.14.10.6483. Even with updated drivers that support the 9200 series has always supported per pixel.[/quote] Do you know WHY "pixel borders" aren't supported on my 9200 series? Is it a SETTINGS issue in WB or ATI Catalyst Control Center??? How did you get it to work on yours? Thanks.

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.5 (build 94 x86)) Is that the latest version for XP? I've noticed that some people have builds higher than 94 x86? Also how come I don't see a "Windows Experience" score in my WB system information? Is this only for the VISTA version? -------------------------- Your machine does not support per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins. This is because : Your computer graphics hardware does not suppo
I have been informed in the past that the Omega drivers are not supported by Stardock. They suppport the native ATI drivers. This is not necessarily your problem as I use them on my X1600 and have no issues but it is something you might want to check. Hi. I did in fact uninstall the Omega drivers and install the latest ATI driver from their website. For whatever reason, I still can not get WB to skin properly. Very strange.
I've been using WB for the past couple of years with no issues at all.....until yesterday. I started having the following problems: 1) When I open the WB configuration window, the borders + the max, min and close tabs are MISSING from the window. 2) If I select to apply the XP Luna theme....it applies the Windows CLASSIC theme instead. 3) When I select and apply a WB skin/style...upon reboot it reverts back to the blue (Luna) XP theme with the tray icons bigg
Anything higher then 1024x768 will cause this issue on the 9200 series cards, but a recent update has a beta feature that will attempt to allow this in non supported situations. I tried it and it works! My current resolution is 1440x900 (factory recommended). Also I have the WB 5 Beta update version from 9/21/06. I am still getting the
have you tried updating (or rolling back in some cases) your drivers? I just installed my new monitor and as a result I only have 1 driver (through Windows Update) installed for it? As for graphics driver, it's the SAME one I was using when the Per Pixel Borders were working.
I recently changed my monitor and I was alerted by WB that my machine NO longer "per pixel borders." This is a bit odd because right before the monitor change, this feature was supported on my standard/old monitor. Below is my System Information report. Until now, per pixel borders were always supported. Is this a settings issue with the latest WB5 update....or a settings issue with my graphics driver or monitor? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. ---------
I'm having similar issues with a Yahoo! Browser. The file name is "ybrowser.exe." I'm trying to use a WB theme, but when I click on any of the toolbar menu items, the browser minimizes to the system tray. Is there a FIX for this other than fully excluding WB from skinning this app through "Per Application?" The scroll bar and everything else works fine when skinned through WB, except for the toolbar menus.
