I downloaded the latest Beta 1.96 the one on impulse at the present time When i start to play the first thing is that screen shows string not found were there is to be design of ships If I click I get a screen showing ships If i try to start a new game It crashes when i go from the initial screen showing a universe (gigantic) etc It then crashes to desktop with windows stating there is an error and is shutting down I have tried downloading and used different servers 1 and 2 but to

after downloading the 1.6 addition The one dated 06/19 I crash to the desktop if I try to send my ships to attack by right clicking No warning and no debug error file there is a statement from Window that Microsoft is trying to find the cause I am running vista 32 bits with the updated nvidia drivers I never had this problem before any one else? The game has become unplayable

Playing as the Dark Yor Torians declare war I am doing well until without my knowledge there is a huge war tax which bankrupts me even though I show a profit with the sliders I cant find any mention in manual about a war tax?

1.1 beta Freeze of Game in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I downloaded the beta with no problem and enjoyed the new variations however when i came to the screen which allows me to pick my opponents there are two new check boxes randomization of intelligence and numbers I think I checked both boxes the game froze mouse moved mmusic continued to play but i could not get to my task master or ctr-alt-del I finally had to turn my computer off and reboot I have had no trouble to date with Gal civ @ I run pen

windows crash on beta in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Downloaded the Jan 9 and 10 download from .8 to .9 and now the game crashes immediately after i hit run It goes to the microsoft window error screen and ask if I want to submit the error I reinstall the .8 from tharchive it play and if I try updating the game the same thing happens
