War Tax

Playing as the Dark Yor Torians declare war I am doing well until without my knowledge there is a huge war tax which bankrupts me even though I show a profit with the sliders I cant find any mention in manual about a war tax?

It's a UP issue, so I'm not sure how it could happen without your knowledge.

You are right I forgot about the United Planet resolution I did not start the war but am penalize by the vote
