Well, FX is 2.12 and WB is uninstalled fully but ... any more ideas?

When I load WindowFX Some effects are missed(set in configuration bu don't work), Start Menu don't opens and when I run Windows TaskManager processor usage comes up to 100% (about 30% for Windows Explorer and other 70 uses ... TaskManager itself!!) Windows XP SP2, video GeForce6200TurboCache with detonator 81.98 DirectX 9.0c with august update. Windows Reinstallation don't helps(I have tried with clean install, video drivers only) Uhhhhhh, please help me.. PS Computer runs gre
