What? No customizing your main hero? But what if I hate Relias and his kin? What if I don't want to play an altarian? What if I hate the main heros apperance?

There are a few things I want to know before I decide to buy or not.. 1) Unit/Hero customization? How much of it is there. More than in FE? Less? 2) Is the current art placeholders or WIP? Asking because I'm not a fan of WoW proportions/style.
