I'm not sure what would cause that interupt however what I would suggest is what I hooked up at home. The second PC runs the voice chat software. I even set out the second keyboard and made push to talk a key on the board. This often clears up having to run both the game and your voice chat with the same comp. If you mouse off the computer where you have the voice chat on you will not be able to run it. The keyboard is then designated to the computer it is connected to.

Currently they are. Unless something major happens with the release they should work fine.

I do the same. Though now I have a dock that is only the systray icons. Then the full "real" dock that runs the rest. I found this works very well.

That isn't one I have had before. Most small run time glitches are fixed by clearing the cache. I am hoping that they will for for this. Here are the online instructions. Go to start > run and then copy this into the command line: %userprofile%\local settings\application data\stardock It will open a file folder. Delete the ObjectDock one. Be sure to save your theme before doing all of this.

Well working fine works in my book. Just let us know if you need further help. Let us know at support@stardock.com.

Do you have any specifc Docklets running on your docks? Or just a normal install? There has been some replication when the Yahoo toolbars are running for conflicts. Try disabling them and see if you still have issues (if you happen to have them running).

I assume you are using Object Dock? At least for Object Dock you can easily change the icons but not running indicators. However I can put this down as a user request to the developers if you like.

No but there has been a huge build up of themes for the launch. I even got to throw a few in myself. Not all of them are going to go out in the package however. Some will be added to Wincustomize.com for the public to play with. Also as a side note as of this moment the two different cursor themes can open in both programs. However this is not to be taken as law becuase the final version is not fully ready yet. If enough tool updates occur then XP cursors won't work in FX.

Before anything try doing a quick uninstall/reinstall to the beta version. The first time I loaded the new beta version I had troubles and this cleared it. If you like you can start up a ticket with us at support@stardock.com should this not work.

Well as was said you can pick up IconPackager to handle that for you. If you like you can also give it a test run with the trial of it. You can find it here: https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/

You will encouter less problems with the weather dock if you update to the current beta build through Stardock Central.

7 Replies 3,982 Views

The CursorFX launch is imminent. It is not planned to be a part of Object Desktop at this time.

Not sure about Windows live but Yahoo does not play well with Stardock skinning at all.
