What was the other ones that you were running? Specifically I mean.
DorkCoffeez
Technically the support for that software is handled through Alienware. That is an older version but the function should still be the same. Try right clicking on the dock and add a docklet of your choise. If Alienware dosen't have the answer try support@stardock.com.
Using Quicktime seems to work alright on this end. Winamp seems to be the opposite. The Z order "flicker" thing is well documented. I think Zubaz is right on how fast MS will be jumping on this one.
*writes that down*
I actually don't think I have a 2k tester machine. First off try the good stand by of clearing the cache. Here are the knoledgebase instructions. Go to start > run and then copy this into the command line: %userprofile%\local settings\application data\stardock It will open a file folder. Delete the ObjectDock one. Be sure to save your theme before doing all of this. In the mean time I will look into this matter and try to hunt down the issue with the devs. If y
Should you have further troubles with the software please contact us at support@stardock.com. We can help you uninstall if you like or to fix the issue you are having.
Just as a check up have you updated your video drivers?
Ok time to fire up a support ticket. You will want to referance this thread in it. support@stardock.com
Well this convo took a dark turn....
I will pass that along to the devs.
Afraid that is a no. Last I checked Bootskin had not been updated since 2004 or something. Maybe earlier. Logon Studio is available for Vista of course. This includes both 32 and 64bit.
You are most welcome to it Phearx! Should you need anything please just give support a yell. Also there are several updates coming up very soon so check back often!
It's the beta version. You will need to use Stardock Central to download it.
You have to have the current beta installed for Plus as Kilo mentioned. This is not available for the free version. The free version will not be updated until the offical next update. You can get the beta through Stardock Central.
Sysstats might wait for the full update to ODPlus before updating. It has happened that way in the past. Glad everything is working for you guys.
Most often the links are pointed to the latest software. However any beta or last minute updates will be available through Stardock Central. It is highly suggested to use this software. We don't place spyware or any such junk in SDC. It is merely a tool to better service our customers with one or more paid products. Hope that helps.
Logonstudio for XP isn't supported/devloped anymore. Best thing to do is to try an uninstall then reinstall. This often clears the issue but let us know if you still get the same thing.
You can always try it out on other PCs with the trial but, of course, it won't last long. Snowman is correct the software has to be installed.
Sounds good. Let us know if you have more questions afterward.
Anytime. Never to late to kick and scream.
Is it one theme that is doing it? Also what is your OS?
Ok keep us up to date on the matter. Many Stardock applications have issues with Yahoo applications. If you get stuck send us an email at support@stardock.com and I will get the devs in on it.
If you run into further issues please let us know at support@stardock.com.
I've had the same problem with the paid version from the start. It disappears. Clear the cache and it seems fine for a few days, then crashes again.
What version are you on? Did you uninstall the trial before installing the Plus version?
bump, I would like to know that as well from any EQ players.
