The entire Ubisoft forum seems to have disappeared. I was tracking a post I made about the new Avatar game, and can no longer find it.

That .reg file merely served to zero out all of my Impulse play counts.

One handling the military apsect while the other handles the civilian side of things. But that probably won't happen in this century (if ever).
Now that's an interesting co-op idea. "Plz gimme bigger ship budget, wifey!" "Not until you finish doing the dishes." "oookay."

Thank you for the non-snarky answer.
Isn't publicizing ban sites a forum violation?
Pardon my ignorance, but what is wrong with using the Grim Reaper Express? Are you trying to say that I am a bad player for wanting to death teleport?

Where did the slang word "creeps" come from? It just seems unprofessional and unworthy.
The looks make me want to buy Demigod action figures to display on my computer. Seriously.
The AI is just fine for me because I am novice enough not to have won a game against it at all so far. I am not ashamed to be at this point in the learning curve for the game. heh.

About the only good thing I can think of to come from this is maybe they'll layoff some extra lawyers. (smacks self upside the head) No, of course they won't, what am I thinking?!

Has anyone mentioned Habitation modules for starbases yet?

I'd like to see smarter surveying and scouting AI that is more aware of the state of fog of war, so that the ships don't form conga lines, but allocate search targets if there are multiple searching ships around. Actually, I'd like to see that in GC2.
Note that as far as I know, a comment is only defamation if it's false. If it's true then it's not defamation. (Now, that's not the same as being able to prove it or disprove it in a court of law, but the principle is that if something is true, it's not libel or slander.)
Legal niceties are essentially irrelevant in this case: even a frivolous allegation of defamation via a blacklist can cost a company money

I think he has every right to make his own blacklist if he wishes.
The point is, he'd have the right to make a blacklist on his own private forum or weblog, but the Stardock Forums are not public commons. The very concept of blacklists involve defamation. This can lead to unnecessary and preventable legal liability for Stardock. That is why many gaming forums disallow this type of thread altogether.
It's fairly shocking, at least to me, that it took so long for the original thread to be locked; it should have been deleted instead.
