You guys rock. I will try this shortly and report back.
Just a note - yes, it was 14376 that broke me and confirmed that I cannot use CTRL-ALT-DEL or get to task manager.
After installing Windows 10 Insider Preview 14372 (CORRECTED: 14376 ) , I booted to a black screen and could not do anything except boot to safe mode. Through troubleshooting, I found that I only get the black screen when booting while Window Blinds 10 is installed and active. I tried uninstalling Window Blinds and installing the latest version from the Downloads area on my Stardock account. While it ran successfully at first, upon my next reboot,
I am having the same issue. However, I have purchased the upgrade to 3.42 thinking that if I uninstalled the edgerunner version and then install the new one it would work. Nope, nope, nope.
When I select my wallpapers and dreams, it only give me the option to apply to All Monitors. That would be fine, except my Monitor 2 just stays stuck on the last wallpaper selected and only monitor 1 cycles through the random backgrounds.
YES!! Please bring back this feature. I want to randomly shuffle between dreams and my own wallpapers.
Any news on this? I had to stop using the beta to get a critical project finished. I am ready to try again.
I've had similar problem with VNC and RDP. I run RDP and VNC clients on all my machines to connect to servers. I've noticed that I'll often get stuck in a situation where the KB is going to the wrong machine.
I'm having a similar issue to the processor use sitting at 22%. After using my system for a while, it just slows down and explorer becomes laggy. I see the process taking a lot of CPU 21-25%.
I'm having trouble installing the beta on my secondary machine. It tells me that I need to uninstall the old version of multiplicity first and then reboot. I did that and still got the same message. I rebooted again. Same message. I installed Stardock Central, reinstalled the old version, then uninstalled it and rebooted and still got the same message. Now I'm trying revo uninstaller...
I have the same error. I have the full version. I have already tried verifying the installation in Impulse (no problem detected), and have uninstalled and reinstalled WindowBlinds. I get the error when I try to apply a skin.
Apparently no one will ever answer about the random skin feature. I can't find an answer to this anywhere.
Is there an answer to this? I love that feature.
I have an annoying problem with Multiplicity. I have pretty flawless/seamless switching between my host and 2 slaves, but sometimes I lose keystrokes intermittently when the focus is on one of the slaves. Almost always, the keystrokes being lost are extended keys (arrows, delete, backspace, Page up/down, Home, end). I find this incredibly annoying since I do a lot of document editing and it drives me crazy to have to press the key 3 or four times before it gets recognized. The regular old 88 key
Nope - still not working. And I am also running Vista 32-bit SP1...
For the last few days I have been unable to dowload anything in SDC. When I go to Downloads, the things that I am trying to download say "Failed". In my downloads directory, they are all there with 1K file size. I've tried disabling my virus checker and deleting temp files. Help! I can't get any new stuff.
