I don't like this idea either. You have to remember, when you queue a "building" for construction, you are developing infrastructure on a planetary scale, not developing buildings in a city ala Sim City. So, when you build a "factory" square, I already see this as developing one of your major cities on the planet into a major industrial hub, not just building one factory.

If you're wanting have Lord Kona removed then might as well remove the Drengi scenario too. In fact, given that this game is "Political Machine 2008" then it's unrealistic to have anything in the game other than the standard 2008 scenario and candidates Obama and McCain. Yeah, I'm sure everyone would prefer that, please patch immediately!
