After installation, regardless of how many times it's been reinstalled, your system must be restarted. If tou had UX thememe patcher installed, your system files have been changes. sfc /scannow will repair them. Try it and see. Windowblinds should nor slow your boot to

I believe you've created a conflict situation. It's not a good idea to install 2 programs designed to change the same thing. Your UX theme patcher alters system files, and consequently compromises security and voids your OS warranty. Windowblinds does not. To repair your files uninstall the UX theme patcher, and from an elevated command prompt (run as administrator) sfc /scannow You can read more about it here: <a href="https://support.mic

To skin the Start Menu and task bar you need to get Windowblinds11 and Start11. https://www.stardock.com/products/start11/ But your best deal is to get Object Desktop: https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/
Google has an estimated storage capacity in the range of 10-15 exabytes, which is equivalent to 10 to 15 million terabytes.
I think they have more than one data center going, though. In fact, they have regional data centers and clouds. https://datacenters.google/ Trying to restore anything that size would be incredible, otherwise.

Edit: Folks in Brave's forums are discussing it's slowness. Might be tied to its VPN? Anyway the beta isn't affected. https://community.brave.com/t/extreme-lag-pausing-overall-slowness/598565
Kill every brave process, relaunch, same issue.
Just to reassure you, you're not the only one who has noticed this. Do you have hardware acceleration turned on? If so, try stopping it. Otherwise, try the beta Brave browser or switch browser to Vivaldi, Firefox or Arc.
Killing Brave and restarting it would not help. The only way was to fully reboot at which time it would be fixed, but for how long was anyone's guess.
Stopping Brave via task manager does the same to Brave as rebooting.
