Please post your OS version (run winver). Also which version of Windowblinds do you have it should be 11.06. When did you install Windowblinds and when did the problem start?

Can I ask which version of Start11 you're using? I remember File Explorer having problems with older versions of Start11. Also, it might be that WB 11.02 didn't install correctly. Before doing anything, please wait for basj to visit your post.
