Please run winver and post your Windows version and build. Sounds like something went wrong during download and/or installation, then repeated on your second try. I recommend doing a Windowblinds purge: https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#reinstalling Reboot after the purge. I believe you should have deactivated Fences 6 before your OS reinstallation. You can do that through the website. The "how to" is here: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct After doing so, reinstall Fences 6 and reactivate/reboot.
