FighterML

I have a problem with windowsblinds and ms-sql enterprise manager. If i start the enterprise manager everthings seems to be ok. But if i open a table in design mode, the icon bar above the table window gets not activated, when the ms-sql enterprise manager is opened in maximized window mode. After i open another window and let the screen to be refreshed the taksbar gets activated. Why have i to open another window to activate the icon bar in ms-sql enterprise manager for editing
