update: I stumbled upon the contents of C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\template.txt which looks useful. And judging from the contents of this KB article Link I'm guessing that sdcentral is supposed to be using template.txt to create login.txt. That file doesn't exist on my system. Is it perhaps only created when a successful login occurs,
I'm repeatingly getting the "Connection Error 1001" when trying to connect with sdcentral.exe for the first time. Zone Alarm is configured to allow total access to sdcentral, its loader and its activate.exe. The WinXP SP2 firewall is disabled (off.)
