The mini map won’t show the influence at times. Just use the zoom function for the mini map and it occurs. or Link

Screen Resolution in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

My screen resolution is 800x600 because the monitor is very old and can support 1024x768 however at only 60 hertz so I don’t chose to run it at that. I get the box telling me to set it to 1024x768 but then the game plays anyway and it seems fine. So what is exactly wrong with having my screen at 800x600 and launching the game?
