when i declare war i then go to talk to the civ that I am at war with and they still treat me as a friend even though we are at war. Is there any way for civs act real. I just want the enemy civ to talk to me as if they hate me, and talk to me when we are friends as if so. Thank you very much....

I would like to be able to add as many points as i like when making a civ at the start. I would love to have the ability to make my dream civ.
