hello i found a iconpackage that i like, i have the iconpackager trial version installed, and when i open the .iptheme, it gives me /!\ for every icon. How can i solve this?

I have searched around in the forums and I did not find any topics on why transparency won't work. I have just purchased WB5 from here and I'm loading the skin Arrow, why won't the transparency work? Please help Thanks
