I bought GalCiv 1 when it came out, and tried to get into it, but for some reason, I didn't get very far. I never had any idea what I was doing. I've had GalCiv 2 for 2 days now, and I'm already farther into it than I ever was with the first game. When playing the game in windowed mode, if you're scrolling the map by grabbing and dragging it with the mouse, if you drag outside the game window, the mouse will "stick" in dragging mode, even if you're not holding the left mouse button anymore. In the ship design screen, is it possible to take a core design, and modify/tweak it? Or do you always have to start out with a blank slate and design a ship entirely from scratch? I'm thinking of Mechwarrior here; you could always go into the Mech Lab, grab any existing Mech, even the default ones, and use them as a basis for a new design. I'd love to be able to do that here.
