I have Spyware Blaster installed, which passively disables some ActiveX commands (or something like that?) it is not a running process, but more of a HOSTS file filter (I THINK). Well I can install it, but it will not run. My theme just seems to refuse to stay beyond a restart. I have reinstalled several times to no avail. The icons stay, but hte window styles go away. What do I do?

Becasue it is way too busy.

I don't want the background to be the teal that the collectors edition GalCiv desktop pattern sets the desktop. I set it to some other color with the desktop control panal, but every time I reset, it goes back. Is there any way to have that not happen?
