a few complications in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

hello all, you may have noticed i have been a bit quiet in the last few weeks, unfortunately there have been a few complications since my surgery to remove my leg. after a good start to my recovery infection set in and i ended up back in hospital where the doctors had to reoperate and remove tissue which had become gangrenous. at the moment things seem to be going pretty well but i am pretty much bed ridden and when i do manage to get up it doesn't take long before i start to get dizzy and nause

safari, while it is a capable browser it is nothing to write home about, the text is way to small even though this can be adjusted, the look reminds me of computer interfaces ala windows 98. it is slow to load, pages load slowly, i dont know where apple got the idea that it is the worlds fastest browser because even IE7 is faster on loading pages than safari. firefox and opera put it to shame, maybe once it gets out of beta and into final release stage this may have improved but until then i wil

I did a of Formatting with stardock installed. Never ever will buy again. Error message when importing icons in IconPackager Talk WinCustomize Forums

just lately ever since i updated to version 3.20.128 every time i try to import an icon package i get a windows error telling me that windows explorer has encounted an error and will have to be closed, i press ok then drwatson pops up a message saying the same thing, the only way i can get out of it is by ctrl+alt+delete and ending the processes manually, then explorer restarts itself and things continue as normal. i have looked exhaustively for the cause of this problem hoping that it wouldnt b

i also use spyware doctor, but i refuse to have ti run on windows startup, this is because it causes conflicts with a few of my applications, when i need it i start the service and run the program then immediatrely disable the service again, maybe in a future release they will fix these issues but until then i will continue on as i have been. adaware, avg antispy and spybot search and destroy are very good spy ware programs as well, maybe you could give them a go and see if that fixes your icon

with the oxide cursor xp theme, i got the same error message when i tried to load it through the program, i got around that by just clicking the theme itself and having it load like that, and it works fine now, sdczip.dll sounds to me like stardock central, try downloading and installing that program then updating all your other stardock stuff through there, hopefully this will eliminate some of the errors, good luck

ok, heres what you do, go to where cursor xp is installed and make a copy of the file used to launch the program, then take that shortcut and put it into your startup folder, c:\....documents and settings...owner...start menu...programs....startup, once you do that reboot and you will find cursor xp will be starting as you want.
