Icons in explorer keeps changing from Windows Default to Customized (.ip) in IconPackager WinCustomize Forums

Example when I freshly reboot my laptop the icons in desktop and start menu are changed EXCEPT for the icons in explorer (folder, drive, etc icons), they are windows default icons. I went into IP and loaded the package and applied it again and nothing changes. The icons in explorer are still windows default. SOMETIME when my screensaver logs me off and I logged back in and the icons in explorer are the icons of package that I applied. AGAIN when the screensaver starts agains after that the ic
