Need help with one of the campaign missions in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

So I'm on the mission where the Dread Lords arrive and start kicking ass everywhere. How do we defeat this mission without cheating? We start with such low tech that even the dread lords scout has a 30 attack power! =[

Can we play as the Dread Lords? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

These Dread Lords are all cool looking and TOUGH AS HELL!!! I was wondering if it was possible to play as them? =]
