StarDock really needs to improve WindowBlinds. I really need an awnswer. don't tell me I wasted my $$$

I have Windows XP Home Edition with SP2. I have windows Blinds 5 Enhanced version. This is my first time installing it and when i istall and use any theme, it skins into windows classic style. Why ISN'T the themes WORKING???
