Disclaimer, I am a novice/somewhat knowledgeable computer enthusiast and wanted to post this for those of us that troubleshoot problems but cannot find anything on it. I spent a week or more trying to figure out why my deskscapes would crash explorer.exe on certain dreams. I knew deskscapes uses Mpeg 2 decoder but did not know which of my dreams used it.
