Hello Guys, I have just recently joined and i have seem to run into a slight problem with what i think to be windowblinds but I'm not sure and as I'm not able to find a solution to this problem anywhere i turn to you guys anyway heres the problem. when i start up my computer the taskbar i perfectly fine but when i hover over an icon the text bubble that comes over that icon does indeed come up but about a half hour later when i then hover that same icon that text comes up BEHIND the t
