Are toolbars possible with Start11, yet?

Can we import previous non-Steam purchases?

Specifically, does it currently allow: Taskbar custom toolbars Showing button text Not combining icons If so, I'm sold 👍🏻

I already have a Start10 license but there's no current mention of Start11 attempting to restore the taskbar features of Windows 7-10. I know StartIsBack's current preview build states: "Classic taskbar with all its features, revamped new icons and round corners." I'm happy to pay for either. I just want to restore taskbar custom toolbars, show button text, not combine icons etc.
