v5 (A touch of glass & others) skins don't show additional icons in the titlebar. For example, ultramon ( www.ultramon.com ) or filebox extender ( http://www.hyperionics.com/files/index.asp ). When I switch back to a v4 (dotRed II), I am able to see my additional icons.
