I responded to my ticket ( #THN-915-47765 ) and posted my paypal transaction ID # (stardocks end) on 30 January 2013 10:00 PM.. Still no response.

I attempted to purchase the start8 serial code via paypal and got charged for 4 dollars or so.. yet in the My downloads and Order History, I get absolutely nothing. I have no serial code whatsoever and I'm still in the 30 day trial (still in day 1). I submitted a ticket via e-support about my problem at around 4am eastern time and still no response.. What should I do?
