Settings are not saved for next Windows 11 start. When I boot Windows 11 the settings of the previous session are not appearing,which means that my personal settings are not saved when shutting down Windows.How could this be solved?

Unable to configure Start 11. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it with the same result. When I choose a style and click it there is no reaction! secondly:how can I preserve the chosen style permanently?
Start11 version: 2.11 Windows version : Windows 11 home 24H2
When selecting a style in the menu it will not be implemented respecetively not be converted into the new style selected and thus the style which was once implemented remains unvaried.Secondly how can the new style chosen be conserved/saved?
