hello, I have used windowblinds before and never had this problem. When I load a skin from windowblinds it changes my windows of my programs to the skin. But it only changes my task bar and start up menu from xp style to classic. Currently I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. restart. and redownload the skins. None of these options worked for me so far. If anyone has helpful solutions for this issue I would greatly appreci
