To fix this I just went into objectdock and unchecked 'hide taskbar' which had rechecked itself after a crash I guess. Then went here: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/taskbarplus!.htm Just click the 'missing taskbar' link. Saves uninstalling and reinstalling WB5.
'Apply any wallpaper supplied' has always been unchecked.

Yeah I have this problem also. There was an option in the older version of windowblinds to disable skins from changing the background color. I have not found this option in WB5 and cannot remember what it was called. Hopefully someone has a solution.
With WB5 I can't find the option to disable skins from changing my background (wallpaper) color. Everytime I reboot it gets changed from black to blue for example. Any ideas? I know u can use skinstudio to manually change a new skins color but that gets annoying for every new skin.
