A Question regarding my Pre Order in Demigod Demigod Forums

I pre ordered the digital version of Demigod pretty much as soon I was able to, and now I wish to upgrade that to the boxed version (Collector's Edition if possible), and I live in the UK. So basically, my question is how would I go about doing this? And how much (including P&P) would it cost? Thanks in advance.

Ok. found the problem. I have a 3 monitor setup currently. 1 output of my 8800 goes straight to a 32'' HDTV, at 1024x720 resolution. this is usualy set as my primary monitor. when i try to run the game whilst this as set as my primary i get the 'cannot create direct3d, please make sure your drivers are up to date (or something along those lines)' error. the other goes to a splitter (matrox dualhead2go) then to 2 19'' 3:4 monitors. if i set this as my primary, i can run

i had the 175.19 ones before updating for the first time. no i didnt uninstall before upgrading, could that be the problem, and if so what should i do to fix it?
