A Question regarding my Pre Order

I pre ordered the digital version of Demigod pretty much as soon I was able to, and now I wish to upgrade that to the boxed version (Collector's Edition if possible), and I live in the UK.

So basically, my question is how would I go about doing this? And how much (including P&P) would it cost?

I think Frogboy said that it would cost an extra $5, plus shipping and handling.
