Hate to bump, but this is really annoying. I tried updating to the newest version of OD+ from impulse with the same result. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm a long time user of OD+ and I've been having a problem with it in windows Vista SP1 for the past few weeks that I thought was interesting enough to share. I'm running version 1.90.033 and with two non-tabbed docks. One dead center bottom of my screen like OSX and one hidden off-screen where my windows system tray would be (which expectedly has my system tray icons in it). The problem I'm having is that even though I've checked "Hide the Windows Taskbar" the taskbar still randomly
