Sorry I did not answer. Yes, I am a subscriber, but it seems SD Central (or the web site) does not know that.
I have CursorXP, but it is much too slow to be useful on Vista with my graphics card. Unfortunately, it seems development of CursorXP is dead. I just recently noticed there is a CursorFX. Now CursorXP is not useful anymore, I have to change to CursorFX (Thanks, Stardock!) I tried CursorFX and it works much smoother. So, I have to pay again for a program I had for years. Any possibility to have a discount when having CursorXP? I ask this because CursorFX IS CursorXP but then more develope
I try to download some Dreams from within SD Central. I do have a WinCustomize subscription, but after two or three downloads I cannot download any more. Only when I remove all IE coockies I can download again. This happens from the WinCustomize Tray program too!
YES, please sort on fields we select!! Suggestion #2: It would be very nice to have a filter/search possibility in here too!
Thanks for clarifying. However, I will not buy a subscription for this price. Since in previous years most stuff that was under this subscription was in a scale from not useable to very ugly. Only for those sparse good posts the price of $29,95 is just too high. Besides, I do think it should be $19,95. Since that was the price that was on the price tag. It's strange to only find out it was much more expensive while checking out. In a normal shop the customer has a right to buy it for th
I tried to renew my Wincustomize account, because I am willing to spend $19.95 for this year. However, when I checked out I noticed that the price was $29.95 suddenly! Without notice I almost bought a renewal for $29.95, which is too much for only one year. Please, Stardock, clarify this problem for me!
So, Tweakvista should tell the user that this service is shut down. And of cause a way to enable it. btw: what can one see with this service provided? There is no reason of why something is slow, so this information is useless to me.
And, as said: 1 row, and the rows shouild not be this height, but less.
There is no recent beta version for WinFX on OD! mwallac8 is right - don't 'promise' things that you cannot make!! Latest beta is one year old!!
Stardock shouel release WindowsFX for Vista when it's ready. Releasign it any earlier would cause more problems than it would solve.Look at Vista . . I think more people wish now that MS would have held out releasing it until it was more done.
Yes, that are the people that do not have Vista and just are saying things they heard from others. Vista is much, much better than all previous OS from Microsoft. I don't understand what people are talking about - slow? not tru
WindowsFX is one year old and has had no updates since. It just might be that it needs to be tested on modern Windows again.
May I ask what 'CursorFX' is? I do not know that program. I only have CursorXP (And it works on Vista too, but it takes too much resources!) And CursorXP is last changed in the year 2004!!
Whenever posting a problem with DeskScapes, it would help if you could please post the exact video card you are using and the exact video driver version. Thanks!
Did that in the support request. (Two different video cards; one is Ati, one is NVidia (don't know the exact types at the moment))
I started a ticket for this problem, since I see this on both my 2 PCs. (Both AMD X2 2800+, but completely different graphics cards) Hope this will be solved soon.
Previous version of the descscape worked great. However, I installed the latest version (including dreams) and now all deskscapes refuse to work. I don't get an error, it just does nothing when selecting except for a split second showing the Descscape settings... at the bottom of the selection screen. So, reverting back to previous deskscape or wait for a working version? I have Deskscape version 1.95(b).028 and Dreams version 1.90(b).015
Here is the tool window without WB: BTW: Using Vista Ultimate and the 'Adamant Transparent (Vista)' skin
Tool windows that have a fixed size are too short. I think some of these windows are resized by the program while they are being put on the screen. e.g. a window from OnTime: This is very annoying, because I cannot choose anything within the window! Therefor I have to disable WB for this app. However, I have 3 apps that react like this, so using WB for all others while these apps look like normal
Hmm.. my guess: you Windings font is all wrong...

I noticed that it can take some time before a thumbnail shows up. Before that there are just icons. So, maybe you should wait a bit longer.
I only see some performance and dynamic wallpaper settings for the Bouncing Box sample. Does this mean there is no performance options possible for 'plain video' deskscapes? Would be nice to have that too (eg. render quality)
Yes, please! I requested this before (though I cannot find where) Please, I urge you to incorporate this very quickly!
Unfortunately I do not see any configuration possibilities at the bottom of the DeskScape selection screen. How can I get these back? (See image)
