ODM BETA ok it installed over my older better version IMO, being able to download to my set destination and install when I'm ready. Only option I get now is install. I like to keep at least one previous version (you know bugs that never happen!) Account download page seems the go for me now.
I got no right-click menu since installing version 2.15 with Postbox (spin-off of Thunderbird) and the top menus won't open either. Disabling CursorXP (ctrl + shift + c) makes the menus working again. I'm on Win 8.1 Pro. CursorFX Plus I have the same issue with Thunderbird 31.4.0 on win 7 ultimate x64 Issues with Firefox 35.0.1 bookmarks menu no drop down list, no drop down list to check for add-on updates. Goin
Did you by any chance update to CursorFX 2.11 A few bugs are in 2.11 Start reading here if you updated to 2.11 https://forums.wincustomize.com/427145/page/2/#replies
I know tickets are the best way to inform of problems users may be having, but this was broken out of the box. One of my friends wanted to have a go at CursorFX after seeing my system, I pointed him to the CursorFX_Free version to trial, this of course is broken, and no previous version(s) were/are available. I had to go over and change the shortcuts for him for it to work. New users are not going to play around and try and get the software to work, and just remove and
Checked SDC and found an update to CFX Plus - installed and found it was broken, installed again from stand alone and reboot still broken. Thought I'd come here and check the forum to see if it was just me. Fortunately It wasn't just me, rolled back to 2.10 Clearly there is an problem with the update, but it is still being offered as an update in SDC Win7 Ultimate x64
No biggy, right click hide application, tada! all gone. For the record I hide IconPackager and left IconPackager 4 in Impulse.
Still not skinned cd/dvd divers ,even manually ( Windows cannot find....acivate.exe )
I did get the same error after the update to 4.00.165 ...cannot find....acivate.exe But I could change the drive icons from within IP by selecting Icons & Cursors > Drives, right click the drive and select Change Icon. Note: This was in Individual Drive Mode, and asked for a re-boot of the computer after changing 3 icons for different drives. The optical drives w
In my case the update to IP 4.00.165 (x86) has cured the activation issue, Install, (not activate exe issue). Thanks all involved. The optical drive icon issues remain unchanged at this time.
Ok so ran the remove tool from Jesper's Blog and ran update again and all worked well.
I wouldn't have posted the product key in full view. The problem doesn't occur if you burn a disc using the iso I have done this on the other PC here, that did have the continuous reboot problem with an AMD processor.
Actually here it is now, maybe other users can check this package,I tried 4 others, all ok.
I'm using that same package and don't have that problem. My problem is the DVD/CD drives not skinned, same problem that was in IP 3.99.144, 3.99.146 and this current one. Ticket ID: KOL-834570 Created On: Apr 20 2008 status open.
Take a look here (https://esupport.stardock.com/) to see if you can find your case and status. If not, create it there and it will get through.
Hey Thanks! Didn't receive an email, but after logging on to support there it was. Had to run a file an upload the log. So hopefully this may be sorted out soon.
if you click that tab then just drag the icon you wish to use onto it and then click apply and ok. it might get you going until you get the answers your looking for
Thanks, but that only works temporary as well. If you use Nero to burn a disc it seems to revert back to windows default as well. I might add, that I've had absolutely no contact from support after emailing them about this matter. :(
Same here XP Pro SP2 32 bit, CD and DVD, doesn't matter if you select individual drive mode or not. Reverts to windows default after you manually change the icons as well. I contacted support a couple of days ago, no reply as yet.
Spent some time with CursorFX Plus, trying to figure out how to get downloaded themes to work/install on XP Pro SP2. CursorFX was installed for all users, double clicking did not work, right click open with program did not work. I tried cursorxp themes as well as cursorfx themes. CursorFX Plus was installed from Stardock Central. The only way I got them to work was copy and paste the downloaded themes uncompressed in "All Users -> Shared Documents -> Stardock -> Curs
