I've searched through the forums and haven't found anything that discussed my dilemma. I'm running WinXP-SP2 (fully patched) and the latest versions of Object Desktop apps. I also had the same problems. It also affected WIndows Update, Norton's Anti-Virus, and any other program that ran scripts within a window. I installed the link and the problems were resolved. But in my case, only temporarily. Every time I would reboot my system, the problem would return and I would have to re-install that patch. I haven't had the time to check for a permanent resolution to this problem. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/T
