Can I change my Windows 11 System Fonts

I have not logged in for a while. Impulse seems to be gone. I purchased Object Desktop last December. I must be missing something because I can't figure out how to get to available downloads or anything similar to the Impulse interface. i also cannot find a search line for the forum.
