Pro-tip: always keep the current version and prior version of all software downloads so you can go back to the previous version if the current version has issues. I had kept Fences v3.09 and was able to go back to it when v3.13 was not working properly for me (no text in folder fences).

Updated to Windows 11 version 22000.132 and Fences 3.13 today. After rebooting the Fences folder portals had no text, just icons. Text only shows when hovering the mouse over an item. I tried different portal views but still no text in any of them. Rebooted and still no text. Rolled back to 3.09 and the text is back.
