I downloaded this software to try it out for 30 days, i decided to purchase it, i re-downloaded it and reinstalled it, but it will not accept the serial i received in the e-mail from Stardock. every time i try to start it, the trial for 30 days comes up. i go to the i want to enter a serial, enter my e-mail and password and the serial, but get a message saying there is an error contacting the server, do i want to try it on another computer, i say NO, and restart, and it starts normal

I Love WB 7, But Impulde shows that i have WB 6 installed as well as WB 7, Can i safely uninstall WB 6 and just run WB 7. cheers

I dont know if this is supposed to do this,but if i use the "Disable Deskcapes" function in Deskcapes 3, then use Personalize to set a Desktop Wallpaper, I cannot change the wallpaper i have to reboot then i canselect any wallpaper i want. Deskcapes workes fine, its just the Disable feature thats faulty (to me anyway [e digicons]8C[/e] ) cheers

I'm dual booting Vista Ultimat 32 bit and Windows 7 64 bit, my Windowblinds works fine on Vista (32 bit) but when i installed Impulse on Windows 7, and re-downloaded Windowblinds it says it is not compatible with Windows 7 and has known compatibilities. My friend who also has Windows 7 on his machine has Windowblinds 6.3 running with no problems. How can i download a compatible version for my Windows 7 64 bit O/S.

Its been close to 7 months since i put a ticket in for support, and not one peep other than the request was forwarded to the Development team ( i think)... and i'm still having the same problem....Whats the chance of refunding my money, since i cannot use the product. cheers

O.K. I think the problem is definatley something to do with My NVidia drivers. As a test i uninstalled my NVidia drivers and re-booted and let Vista install its own Nvidia WDDM driver. I re-downloaded WB6 with SDC, and now WB6 seems to be working again, I have had it running for a week so far, and not a problem (fingers X). I would like to be able to use the updated Drivers though (:( cheers

Just an update: recieved an e-mail 2 days ago saying that the problem has been forwarded to the development team, wonder how long this is going to take, I'm a bit peeved at not being able to use it. cheers

It's a separate set of files.[/quote] I still have the full ver of WB, i was just seeing if the trial ver was any better (it isn't) So i have removed WB6 altogether and i am just using Vista Aero at the moment. I have also noticed that WB6 doesn't put the uninstaller in "add and Remove" and i had to use the SDC

There is a link to the screenshot in the "link", I am using the Vexa Black skin ( although it does it on other skins as well). Also when it happens i cannot change the skin using the WB Config screen. I am posting this after rebooting my PC, and the black bar has gone, If it re-appears i'll let you know. ;) thank you

Since updating thru the SDC, I am getting a Black band at the top of the address bar when using both I.E.7 and Firefox, also the resize and close (x) have dissapeared. I have run the sdc.bat file, it leaves some SDC files in \program files, I re-installed SDC, but it still has errors, I uninstalled again and manually removed the left over files, and re-installed, Still has the scripting errors. Strange thing is, i'm using Firefox as my Web Browser, and the Internet Explorer scripting errors appear. Its the same if i use I.E.7. cheers
