Here's the issue: I renewed my WC Subscription on August 4, 2019. I have the electronic receipt. The problem is that in "My Downloads" it is listed as expired. In the email from Stardock there is a link to Stardock sales in case there issues. Yeah, there are issues. The problem with the link is that a few minutes after I sent an email describing the problem I got a "canned email" back from Stardock which didn't solve anything. In that email it says to post in the forum about the issue

I went to get the Apogee Icon pack I bought in December of 2005. I'm logged into my account at The Stardock store. I get a message that they are no longer there. Can I still get these Icons? I'd like to be able to get the product I paid for.

I upgraded to Win 10 and all the Stardock stuff works fine except for cursorFX. I have the latest version 2.16. I wonder why it's not working properly? What happens is there are random freeze ups which force me to use ctrl-alt-del. I can cancel and that seems to unfreeze it but that's certainly not how it's supposed to work. Putting it to the default windows cursor also works. Having used cursorFX for years with win 7 and having no problems at all makes this very frustrating.<

I can't update to 4. In Impulse and SDC I get a message that the registration is not valid when I try to update. HELP!
