Problem solved:- I had recently installed Tweakshell and a setting in that disabled the desktop. Once I unticked that setting everything worked fine. I knew it had to be something simple it just took me awhile to find it. :p

Right click is loaded and appears in my systray. I can load the configuration and make changes. The problem is that when I right click on my Desk top nothing happens. I am using Windows XP Pro SP2. Right Click was working until I updated to the latest version. I have uninstalled it and tried re-installing it but still get the problem.
