I know my Subscription needs to be renewed, but I seem not to be able to sign in. Is that why?

Cursor FX Plus is not working for me at all, I run Windows XP sp3 I cannot get it to change cursors for me. I have installed and uninstalled, booted and rebooted I'm almost in tears[e digicons]X([/e] [e digicons]:pout:[/e] I put CursorXp on it runs fine but that's it. OH WELL [e digicons]:S[/e] can I get some support please, a suggestion or two would be nice. TY

I just recently had my computer overhauled. Now I can put windowblinds back on my computer I very excited about it. My question is should I put WB4 on then put the upgrade on or can I just go on ahead and put WB5(the upgrade)on.I'm running xp pro with sp2. Any response will be apprieciated.
