Pico Tea is an awesome skin (all of 'em) and should work well with what you're trying to do.

Keep in mind there's a difference between windows explorer and internet explorer.
I don't know if it helps you, but I use the Stardock central app. which asks you for your your reg/s.n. when first ran. You might want to try that, though I'm not sure about Win2K compatibility.
I found the reason for my problem finally. Under configure Windowblinds, go to "override default settings" under "skinning settings" make sure that you have the skin you'd like selected in "always use the shellstyle defined in..." Don't know how or why it wasn't selected correctly, I probably forgot to change it after using some other skin.
I'm not blaming anybody fir anything, I'm really interested in solving my problem, or finding any suggestions on how to further diagnose my problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.
You know I've been searching for an answer to this for some time. I have two computers (desktop & laptop) both with current version of XP Pro, IE7 and WindowBlinds.
