I have installed windows blinds and chosen a theme which is applied successfully. When I reboot the PC the wallpaper is correct but the windows theme does not come up with the one I chose. The icons in the task bar are big and fuzzy and the windows blind app is not in the icon task bar. It appears to be defaulting to the Windows XP theme. Does any one have any thoughts on how to fix
